One of the best things a bride wears on her wedding day is her smile! It’s so important for brides to make sure that their pearly whites are ready for their big day! Going to a professional to whiten your teeth can be expensive and takes a few visits. An easy way to get a beautiful, white smile is to use whitening toothpaste. One of the great new products out right now is Tom’s of Maine Simply White Fluoride Toothpaste! It is a natural toothpaste that whitens your teeth, but doesn’t use harsh chemicals to get that perfect, white smile for your big day! Surface stains are gently whitened while leaving your enamel intact. Tom’s of Maine doesn’t leave your teeth sensitive like other whitening toothpastes because they use natural ingredients.

Tom’s of Maine Toothpaste will be in our Gift Bags in New York on April 23rd at The Metropolitan Pavilion!

There is nothing the Wedding Salon loves more than a unique, original wedding – especially one that takes places in the majestic mountains of Telluride, Colorado.

Mary Shriner and Clay Anselmo were seeking a true intimate destination wedding based around a ski vacation. Leave it to Telluride Ski Resort to customize the perfect mountain wedding! Mary and Clay exchanged vows in a mountain cirque, dined at Alpino Vino with their family and closest friends and stayed overnight at the Tempter House.

The photos below highlight the romantic mountain retreat that The Tempter House offers. The Tempter House is one of the highest elevation houses in North America at the height of privacy and exclusivity. Literally perched at 12,200 feet, with the plunging views into the renowned Tempter Chute, it remains one of the most secluded and romantic mountain destinations in the country. The Tempter House can accommodate intimate Wedding Parties up to 30 guests for the ceremony and a cocktail reception.

The Bride and Groom exchanged vows on the deck overhanging the beautiful Tempter Chute. As for the reception, Alpino Vino, is a quaint little European-style hut featuring a delicious 5 course Italian themed menu and an over-the-top wine menu. In the evenings, guests arrived at Alpino Vino via a snow coach experience.
For the ultimate adventure couple seeking a intimate destination wedding – we couldn’t think of a better host, than Telluride Ski Resort!

A trip to Bergdorf Goodman left me riding the elevator with Dakota Fanning, weaving through the best of spring 2012 fashion and falling into the hands of NYC’s most incredible beauty company, Natura Bisse. I was greeted by their friendly staff, educated on their amazing product line and whisked into a private room for an hour long facial.

Ela, a Natura Bisse expert, soothingly provided a facial that left me forgetting the hustle and bustle that was taking place outside of the Natura Bisse walls.

By the time my facial was finished, my skin was glowing and I was as relaxed as I have ever been. I found myself thinking how wonderful this experience would be for a stressed out bride. I mentioned this to Ela and she described the services and attention they provide to brides and their bridal parties. If I can make one suggestion to the brides reading this blog: ditch the bars and hangover and instead be pampered with Natura Bisse at Bergdorf Goodman. Don’t forget to ask for Ela!!
