Brides Love Yoga, a New York Tri-State area based yoga studio aims to help you relax and enjoy every aspect of wedding planning.

Yoga is a great way to detox and unwind from your busy schedule, plus a fun activity to do with your bridal party or fiance. Bride’s Love Yoga integrates Vinyasa (breath-synchronized movement) & Iyengar (a form of Hatha yoga) teaching styles by using series of poses that work with your body.

Brides can choose from private yoga sessions, Chinese Wish Lantern Lighting, or a Stand-Up Paddle Board yoga class for you and your girls. They offer mix and match packages- or you can make your own.
